Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to receive a pre-paid, fully insured shipping label.

  Secure the Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all certificates, warranty cards, and extra links are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship via Authorized Carrier

  Affix the provided label to a new shipping box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for your records.

  Inspection and Processing

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
